Here are the before and DURING pictures. Not after, since I am still losing weight! As of this morning, I am 252 Pounds. Start was 276 on February 12, so after 28 full days on Advocare Products, I am down 24 POUNDS! No sagging skin, more energy, and my blood pressure has dropped. 11 days 17 LBs 3″ off the waist, 5.5″ off the belly, 2.5″ off the chest, 2.5″ off the neck. A total of 13.5″ lost. Since taking Advocare products, well, things have NEVER been so easy without excercise. AND I have more energy than I have had in I don’t know how many years! At the date of this posting, I have been on the products for 4 weeks. As of today, I am 253 Lbs. I lost 23 Lbs in 4 weeks. The most dramatic loss was right in the first 10 days! |
