Here are the before and DURING pictures. Not after, since I am still losing weight! As of this morning, I am 252 Pounds. Start was 276 on February 12, so after 28 full days on Advocare Products, I am down 24 POUNDS! No sagging skin, more energy, and my blood pressure has dropped. I sweat less too, and I have always had issues with sweating, even when thin. My metabolism is changing, finally. I had hit a plateau I thought, because for the last week, I was bouncing around the same weight within a couple pounds. Now I realize I am just gaining muscle too, not just losing inches and pounds. These products have already changed my life. I haven’t had processed sugars in 4 weeks, or any coffee or soda. I used to bring a 2 liter bottle of soda to work, and during the Summer, 2 – 2 liter bottles! PLUS drank too much coffee, several 24 Oz cups a day. I spent on average $7 a day on coffee and soda, and often I would buy energy drinks too. Always trying to get energy the wrong way. Now I drink as much liquids, but mostly water, Spark, and protein shakes. Take a look for yourself….

- Thursday February 12th Starting Date (ugh) 276 pounds waist 46″ belly 56″ chest 56″ neck 22″ I had to hold my breathe to tie my shoes. SAD. I knew I had to make a change in my life, I couldn’t even play with my kids or walk stairs.

- Sunday After 3 Days 267 Pounds 51″ around the belly. I already felt better and lost 9 Lbs in 3 days with the Herbal Cleanse from Advocare! The Advocare Spark Energy Drink also gave me more energy than I have had in years. People already noticed too.

- After 11 Days – 259 Pounds I Lost 17 Lbs! Monday February 23. We were in Texas for a few days, so I couldn’t weigh myself. But Monday morning, I stepped on the scale, and took measurements. I was blown away! Only 11 days on Advocare Products, 10 days on the cleanse, and I had a cheat day! Here are my results: 259 LBS waist 43″ belly 50.5″ Chest 53.5″ neck 19.5″
So let’s do some number crunching, just based on the first 11 full days results.

11 days 17 LBs 3″ off the waist, 5.5″ off the belly, 2.5″ off the chest, 2.5″ off the neck. A total of 13.5″ lost. Picture taking 17 packages of butter, and putting around your body.
And also, my posture has really improved. Taking (now 24 pounds) off really helps my back!
